The Erdre 2025 Meetings in Nantes
From August 25 to 31, 2025, the city of Nantes and the 15 municipalities of the Erdre annoying themselves to the rhythm of an essential event: the meetings of the Erdre 🎵.
This free festival, emblematic of the end of summer in Loire-Atlantique, has been marrying two passions for over 30 years: jazz in all its forms and the parades of boats.
The festival which takes place along the Erdre and the Nantes Canal in Brest offers nearly 160 concerts.
Whether you are a jazz lover or simply in search of a timeless moment, the Erdre 2025 meetings promise to be a cultural and festive stopover not to be missed.
On the quays of the Erdre, a festive and friendly atmosphere is installed with the establishment of thematic villages, musical scenes and multiple reception points for the flotilla of collection boats.
Six concert scenes are divided between Nantes, Sucé-sur-Erdre, Nort-sur-Erdre and other municipalities that line the canal.
You will be able to stroll along the water with music.
The 2025 programming once again promises great discoveries with international renown artists, emerging talents and live performances ranging from traditional jazz, to blues via swing and original creations.
Among the headliners, we find British trumpeter Emma Jean Thackray, the Swiss drummer Arthur Hnatek, the composer and saxophonist Isaiah Collier or Marion Rampal, one of the most captivating voices of French jazz.
All in a relaxed and family atmosphere, where passionate about music, curious and lovers of old boats.
The festival also highlights the maritime heritage with a rally of more than 200 historic boats, some of which are classified as historic monuments.
These real floating museums offer a unique spectacle, in motion, along the Erdre and the Nantes Canal in Brest with the highlight of the arrival of the fleet on August 31 in the heart of Nantes.
